Trays for both children and parents with a large storage basket as well as three-tier canopy with peek-a-boo window for maximum sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality due to its flimsy design as well as hard plastic seats and a design that feels old-fashioned. It's also more expensive than other lightweight strollers and is therefore not a good choice when you're looking for a low-cost option.

It's a little narrow however, and you'll likely have to put something in for the back to take it out. The Cloud has an adult and child tray with two cup holders each, but both are too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.

It has a lot of elegant features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold, is very maneuverable and fits into trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key differences. It's also a little more expensive, but it offers better maneuverability and has the largest sun canopy. It comes with a handy carrying strap and can accommodate children weighing up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+
If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at 13 pounds and comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket and much more. The stroller is also compatible with a child's chair and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your child from a newborn stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and up.
Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it only operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have any locking options therefore it may not be the best option for rocky or hilly terrain. It's still a great option for most families, as it can be easily maneuvered on smooth surfaces as well as smooth surfaces.

The stroller is light enough to easily maneuver through door frames, which was a major issue for us with other models we tried. It folds easily and the handlebars sit close to the ground. The only drawback is its small storage space, which is uncomfortable when filled with kids' toys.
